About Us

Medici Consulting specialises in Financial and Legal advice to small and medium sized business which do not wish, or do not have the resources, to employ professionals in-house but still require the expertise (without the fees!).

We provide this expertise with consultants who have lived in the “real world” and experienced the pains and difficulties of running businesses big and small. Their knowledge and experience has been gained by a “hands-on” approach producing results for the business they are working with.

Our aim is to work with organisations and assist them in achieving their goals by providing help and guidance.

The question we often get asked, "Why did you call yourselves Medici Consulting?"

The Medici were Renaissance merchants/bankers from Florence whose commercial skills took them from a local Florentine family of merchants to a major force in Renaissance politics, along the way they also patronised such artistes as Donatello, Miochelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci. They are credited with the invention of the double-entry bookeeping system so they seemed the perfect choice as an inspiring name.
